What is an Aftercare Program
Over the years in Senior Living, we noticed how much money was spent on attracting and marketing to potential residents. We noticed little to no money was spent after a resident passed away to stay connected to their families even though those people are who we should stay in contact with as they were already happy customers.

Knowing how important it is to market to passed residents family members. We have developed two amazing Aftercare programs for your community to enhance your relationship with families after their loved one passes away. First is right when they pass away and that is to give the family a truly meaningful condolence gift that’s not a flower. The second is a 2 year 100% done for you comfort card program in the mail.

Our Fees
We will work with your community no matter the size! Our Pricing is so simple. For our TheirStory Medallions $65 and our 2-year Comfort Cards $30. Branded Programs requires a 6-month partnership.

TheirStory QR Medallions
Our first focus has been on our Senior Living Partners. We offer an incredible gift option that replaces buying flowers when a resident passes away. Our QR Medallions and gift box is a perfect replacement option for those that want to create a longer lasting thank you to the residents and families served.
Comfort Cards
A 100% done for you Comfort CareCard program that sends out five cards plus a 2 letters, survey and Google review QR code link to families during the first 2 years following their loss. This allows the Senior Living communities, and our Hospice partners serve current residents and families while showing previous families that they are still thinking of them.

Do I have to enroll every family member for the CareCards?
No, you can enroll how every many family members you want to stay connected too. This could be more than just the Power of Attorney; ex resident Sally has two involved daughters that you want to send the CareCards to both of them.
Can the CareCards survey be customized?
Yes, we will customize the survey to include only the questions you would like to be asked.

Is this really 100% done-for-me?
Yes. Once you are enrolled in our program every month a form will be sent to you to enroll the family and you’re done. It super simple to enroll/add the families on the form.
Can the CareCard Welcome and Final letter be customized?
Yes, we will customize the first and last letter to include only what you would like said the family.
How does billing work?
Our billing is super simple for the Gravestone Medallions we bill $65 per gift box. For our CareCards program we charge just $30 per family member enrolled. Ex resident Sally has two involved daughters that you want to send the CareCards to both of them. This would cost $60 for Sally since there is two family members getting the CareCards.

This gift is the perfect replacement to the old boring flowers that get lost in the mix of flowers or get thrown out after the service. Our wood gift box is the perfect gift to show thanks to your resident’s family members. This is a one-time lifetime cost so the families don’t have to worry about anything other than setting up the profile and enjoy members of their loved ones for years to come.
